An innovative practical lesson plan designed to introduce new ways to explore who we are, gently deconstructing unhelpful contemporary ideas, and encouraging a playful exploration of identity, personality, narrative, roles and personas.

Identity has never been shaped in isolation. Family, friends, culture, education & life experience all contribute to our sense of self. Today, digital and AI systems have become integrated into that process, making it increasingly important that young people understand both what makes up identity and how it forms. Seeing identity as something fluid can loosen overly fixed ideas of self, creating greater flexibility and space to explore authentic expression.
